Mark Mühlhaus
Mark was born in 1974 in Magdeburg, in the German Democratic Republic. He was trained as a photographer and specialised in photojournalism. Mark is currently living in Hannover. His main fields of work are politics and social issues. He is favorite subject are human beings, especially in youth cultures such as break dance and Hip Hop. Another important part of Marks work is documenting neo nazis and racism in Germany.
In 2005 Marks photographs of commemorations and celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Europe were published in a book called "Begegnungen". In the same year his book "Karate" documented a meeting of martial arts masters with students.
